It’s time for Portland to do better. If we work together, we can finally fulfill our city’s promise to all our neighbors. That’s why I’m running for City Council.
As a single mom in long-term recovery I know that supportive community is everything. Portland is a supportive community that’s growing and changing, and we need to work together to make sure we all can thrive.
What I love most about this city is the hope, inclusion, and compassion of Portlanders. But most Portlanders I talk to know we can do better.
If we work together, we can fulfill Portland’s promise. We can truly be a welcoming, inclusive, and unabashedly progressive city that leads the way for positive change.
If you’re ready for Portland to do better for all of us, then I hope you’ll join our campaign today.

Tera’s Priorities
Tera has always been a fighter. On the City Council, she will be relentless in championing a brighter future for all Portlanders.
Tera’s Priorities include:
A Climate Smart City
f

The next 10 years will determine our climate fate.
Portland needs to lead the way on solutions to the climate crisis and prioritizing neighborhoods most impacted by pollution.
Building Supportive Communities
As a single mom in long-term recovery, I know that supportive community is everything.
Portland is a supportive community. But we’re growing quickly and the services available to help people who are struggling just aren’t keeping pace.
As a city, we need to commit to more supportive and affordable housing options, better access to mental health care and addiction treatment, and other programs that ensure everyone in our community can thrive.
Empowering Future Generations
Portland needs to do more to live up to its promise for our children and grandchildren.
We owe it to them to ensure our city provides them with safe, stable neighborhoods to grow up in, quality public schools that prepare them for their future, and a dynamic economy that supports their families with living-wage jobs.
